Admins only
The dashboard is for the owner and managers. Your account is set up as a salesperson. If you should have access, ask your manager to make you an admin.

Salespeople
Answer rate = answered ÷ visits. Pitch rate = pitched ÷ answered. Close rate = signed (or later) ÷ estimates.
Conversion by source
Leads that became a signed job.
Leads per week, by source

Conversion rate per week
By source
A lead = a house marked "This is a lead" on a visit in this period (one per house). Visits = every visit to those houses in the period. Estimate rate = leads with an estimate ÷ leads. Conversion = leads now signed (or later) ÷ leads. Days to sign = from the lead visit to Signed. The grey row is answered visits not marked as a lead, to compare.
By salesperson
Why customers said no
Visits and estimates closed as Lost in this period, by the reason the salesperson picked.

Notes the salespeople added
Conversion: source × salesperson
Signed ÷ leads in each cell. Darker = higher conversion. Small numbers swing a lot: check the count.
Columns:
The app moves an estimate along by itself (Estimate given when the PDF is made, Approved when the customer approves). Until e-signing is connected (phase 2), mark Signed and Deposit paid here; after that, Job in progress, Completed and Paid are always yours to set. PDFs opens the saved estimate and the customer-approved final. The CSV download gives two files: one row per estimate (with columns for each service), and one row per measured area, linked by the estimate number. Revised estimates (…-R2) count once, as their latest version; History shows every version (old ones are locked). CSV export uses exactly the estimates listed here (period, salesperson, search, status, and old versions if ticked): pick the columns, check the preview, download.
Unfinished drafts
Estimates salespeople started and haven't finished. They're not counted anywhere until a PDF is made.
Sold by service
Every service
Estimates made in this period. Quoted = on the estimate. Sold = what the customer kept, on estimates that are Signed or later. Paid = Completed, paid. Win rate = sold ÷ quoted (count).
Salespeople set these on a visit (Visits tab or My Dashboard). They see their own under "Today's follow-ups". This list ignores the date filter above: it shows every open one.
Add someone
They get an email with a link to choose their password, then sign in at this site. Each person gets a two-letter code for their estimate numbers (from their initials), kept for good.
What salespeople see
Team
Admins can open this dashboard. Remove only switches their login off: everything they saved stays in the dashboard, and Restore switches it back on.
Prices and services
Changes apply to new estimates only: an estimate already started (or revised) keeps the prices it was made with. Salespeople can't see this page. Phones get new prices the next time the app is opened with signal.
Lists
Lead sources: the choices next to "This is a lead". One per line, in the order you want them. Removing one doesn't change visits already marked with it.
Measurement labels: every measured area on an estimate needs one (salespeople pick from this list, or choose Other and type one). One per line. Estimates already made keep the label they were saved with.
Change history
Every save, with the date, who and what changed.
Commission by salesperson
Estimates signed in this period. The commission is worked out once, when an estimate is signed, with the rules of that day.
Rules
Not set up until you set it up here. Changes apply to estimates signed from now on; commission already worked out stays as it was. Every change is written to the Activity log.
Storage
Saved PDFs and backups for this company.
Checking…
Back up now
Saves a full copy (every customer, estimate, visit, price and setting, plus the PDFs) to storage, then downloads it as one .zip with Excel-ready CSV files and the raw data (JSON).
Schedule
A scheduled backup runs on the server the first time anyone opens the app after it's due, so it never needs a computer left on.
History
Needs attention
Emails that bounced, failed or never left a phone. Fix the address and send again, or mark it dealt with.

The estimate email
What customers get when a salesperson taps Email estimate to customer (the final PDF is attached). Use {first}, {name}, {number}, {company}, {rep} and {total}; they're filled in for each customer.
Thank-you email after a "no"
When a salesperson closes a visit or an estimate as Lost, they can send a short thank-you (only with the customer's OK to email them). Off by default.
Coming in phase 2
How long to keep things
Once a day the server deletes what's older than this. "Keep" means never deleted. Counts in the numbers (visits per day and so on) always stay; they have no names in them. Open problem reports are never deleted.
Sample data (TEST)
Made-up records to check the dashboard, the analytics, the CSV exports and commission: 4 TEST salespeople, about 4 weeks of visits (answered, no answer, declined with reasons), leads with sources, follow-ups, estimates with every service (labeled measurements, minus lines, per-service discounts), revisions, every status, signed jobs with commission, customer emails, drafts, and a few Error log lines and problem reports. Customers are named "TEST Customer …" and numbers start with TEST-.
They never mix with your real data: the dashboard shows either your real records or the TEST ones (Show TEST data next to Refresh). They aren't emailed, aren't in backups, and nobody's phone shows them. Remove all test data deletes exactly these records and nothing else, and both buttons are written to the Activity log.
Delete a customer
For a customer who asks to be forgotten: deletes their record, every estimate (all versions) and its PDFs, their emails, the visits those came from, drafts and location check-ins, and screenshots sent with problem reports about their estimates. Commission lines stay (pay records) with the name removed. It can't be undone, and it's written to the Activity log (estimate numbers only, no name). Backups made before still have them until those backups are deleted (Backups tab).
Everything that went wrong, from every phone, this dashboard and the server, with a code. When a salesperson quotes a code (E-7K3Q), search for it here. No estimate contents are kept here: what went wrong, where, and on which phone. Deleted after 90 days to start (Data tab).
Sent with Report a problem (in the app, and at the top of this page). The person who sent it sees the status and your note on My Dashboard. Open reports are kept; closed ones (Fixed / Won't fix) are deleted 1 year after closing and their screenshots after 90 days, to start (Data tab).
Technical details for whoever looks after the setup: every send, every delivery report, full errors and what the email service answered. Never the email text or the PDFs. Kept 90 days, then deleted by itself.
Who changed what, newest first: prices, commission and discount rules, the team (added, removed, made admin or salesperson), statuses, settings and deletions. Nobody can edit or delete these lines.
